My son and 2 friends decided to invite her for some laughs. She had dove hunted before but had never experienced the excitement of ducks dropping into the spread at close range.
The walk-in was funny enough in itself with her trudging through 5-6" of sloppy mud wearing waders that were 3-4 sizes too big.
Made several rookie mistakes by "shouting & pointing" at the first group of ducks circling in the morning.
When I yelled "take-em" everyone rose and fired cept her. "What the world!? You all shoot too fast!" LOL Welcome to duck hunting.
She quickly caught on and increased in confidence when we let a few land on the water for her.
Once everyone had limits accept Sarita, the fun and laughter ensued. We were not leaving until she filled her limit. Hey, it only took her a box and a half. I've had clients go through 2-3 boxes before. :-O
Oh my! Let's just say everyone in that group will never forget that morning.
